Disabled Access
There is an area in Whitehall at the junction of Horse Guards Avenue set aside for Disabled Access. It is an uncovered area of road space that is closed off to the general public. It also contains a toilet.

It is available on a first come, first serve basis on parade day to all people with disabilities, and an accompanying guest. Please email info@LNYDP.com or call 0203 275 0190 if you would like any further information. If you require vehicle access to this area, we are able to provide parking permits. To apply for a parking permit, please email info@LNYDP.com with your address details and a copy of your blue badge. We are unable to issue parking permits without these details.
